Interior Consultation
An initial consultation is suggested prior to beginning the design process. This is a meeting with the client and designer that typically takes place within the client’s space in need of design services. A consultation includes a 1-2 hour assessment of design needs, a walk through of the space, creative discussions of design options, and a review of the client’s preferred styles, such as favorite pieces, inspirational magazine tears, and Pinterest boards.
$175 flat fee
Design Advice
If you are quite design savvy yourself, enjoy a good DIY project, or love to hunt for furniture and décor, we offer an interior design consultation where you can bounce your creative ideas off of a professional. If you need help finishing out your newly remodeled space, layering new furniture in your current space, or reinventing your existing décor, we can help with on-site meetings, collaborative shopping trips, and phone and email consultations.
Interior Styling
Looking to spruce up your space with a mix of your existing pieces and new furniture, art, and décor? We can help layer in new pieces, reinvent the old, and install art for a fresh perspective. We also specialize in styling for special events, editorial photo shoots, and home resale. Packages include a vision board and on-site styling.
E-Design Services
Do you dabble in interior design but need some help putting the pieces together? Do you live remotely but want our expertise to help design your space? Think of us as your personal, virtual designer. With your help for room measurements, product purchasing, and installation, we can provide you with a design plan that includes a vision board, space plan, rendering, and list of retail resources to help put together a new look for your space. Pricing varies based on an estimated hourly rate.
Space Planning
A space plan can be the first phase in the design process and is offered separately from full service interior design. This package starts with a site visit and includes room measurements, furniture measurements, an inventory list, and a final 2D CAD drawing of the suggested layout. Pricing varies based on square footage and an estimated hourly rate.
Full Service Interior Design
Whether you are building a new home or are looking to remodel your current house or business, we offer interior design concepts to fit your space and personality that will help ease the overwhelming process of selecting finishes, furnishings, and décor. Our styling packages are prioritized by how you, your family, and your friends function in each space, and can be broken up into phases based on your needs. Each concept includes a budget estimate, space plans, hand renderings, and selections for paint colors, finishes, lighting, hardware, window treatments, furniture, art, and décor.
Design package pricing varies based on square footage and an estimated hourly rate. After the client approves the design concept, we then move into project management and will collaborate with your builder to help ensure your renovation goes smoothly. We are also happy to provide contractor referrals, however, we are a unique company that allows our clients to choose your own trusted, general contractor. Project management pricing varies based on an hourly rate and is billed once a month.
